Conflict in Corinth
Theme: Conflict
Biblical Basis • 1 Corinthians 1:1-25
Paul wrote letters to the churches that he had founded, to keep in touch with believers and encourage them in their faith. People of the churches often had questions and problems for which they needed help. They looked to Paul for advice and instruction, especially in times of conflict.

Lesson Prayer
God of all healing, you know our human sinfulness and how we get into arguments and have differences of opinion that aren’t handled well. Help us to learn to handle conflicts in the Body of Christ with dignity, patience, and love. May we always recall your goodness and your love for all people and model that toward one another. In thanksgiving for your grace we pray in Jesus’ holy name. Amen.
